Refund Policy

 

We want every purchase from Kulture Samples to feel like a confident, well-informed decision. Our products are digital sample packs and like most digital content, the nature of the product means we handle refunds a little differently than a physical store would. Here’s everything you need to know.

 

Our Commitment to You

Although not legally required to do so, we voluntarily offer a 3-day review window on individual pack purchases. If you feel a pack genuinely didn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to reach out and we’ll review your request fairly and promptly.

Please note: submitting a refund request doesn’t automatically guarantee a refund. We review each case individually in line with the conditions outlined below.

 

EU Digital Content & The Download Waiver

Under EU consumer law, you ordinarily have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right no longer applies once a digital product has been downloaded provided you were clearly informed of this before purchase and gave your explicit consent.

In compliance with EU regulations introduced on 19 June 2025, we have ensured that customers can easily access and submit refund requests directly through their account page and our website. By downloading a pack, you acknowledge and agree that the standard 14-day cooling-off period is waived.

We track all downloads through our platform provider, so download activity is verifiable.

 

Refund Conditions

To ensure fairness for everyone, our refund decisions are guided by the following:

 

Individual Packs

    Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

    Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not automatic.

    If a refund is approved, all rights to use the content including samples, loops, presets, vocals, MIDI files, and any other assets are immediately revoked.

 

Bundle Purchases

    Bundles contain multiple packs and are therefore not eligible for a full refund.

    Where a refund request is approved for a bundle, we will issue a fair partial refund at our discretion, based on the circumstances of the request.

    As with individual packs, any approved refund revokes your right to use all content included in the bundle.

 

Fraud & Abuse Prevention

    We reserve the right to deny refund requests where we identify repeated patterns of purchasing, downloading, and refunding.

    Any customer found to be continuing to use content after a refund has been issued may be subject to account suspension.

 

Accidental Purchases

    We strongly encourage all customers to review their cart carefully before completing checkout.

    We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, as the nature of digital products means access is granted immediately upon payment.

 

How to Request a Refund

If you’d like to submit a refund request, please get in touch within 3 days of your purchase date. Include the following in your message:

    Your order number

    A brief explanation of why the product didn’t meet your expectations
